What’s in your analysis report?

Discover how your report breaks down strengths, highlights areas to improve, and gives you a clear plan for progress.

Overall  Performance

An overview of your performance that highlights your areas of strength and growth opens your report. A metrics grid is used to rate each skill, pairing it with the following: Outstanding | Reliable | Growing | Requirements Concentrate

  • Strengths: your current strong points

  • Coaching Points: the exact adjustment to focus on

To make things more clear, the Coach's At-a-Glance highlights the one or two most important things you should concentrate on next.

Your Strengths and the Four Pillars

Along with what needs to be fixed, your report provides a comprehensive overview of your game.

  • Technical: abilities, form, and output

  • Tactical: placement and evaluation

  • Physical: strength, speed, and resilience

  • Self-assurance and mental clarity

The report identifies your strengths and areas for improvement within each pillar. These strengths, which range from good body positioning to consistent hand shape, are identified so you can improve while focusing on the areas that require the most attention.

Individual Development Plan (IDP)

Finally, your report turns analysis into action. The IDP lays out a step-by-step training progression designed just for you:

  • Foundation Drills → to reinforce the basics

  • Dynamic Drills → to add speed and game-like movement

  • Game-Like Applications → to apply skills in real scenarios

Each drill comes with clear coaching cues so you know exactly how to train smarter, not just harder.
