What are credits?

Credits are units you spend for each video analysis; some analysis types use more than others—for example, hockey game analysis requires more credits than a baseball pitching analysis.

How your credits work

Credits can be used to analyze a pracice video or a game. The amount of credits needed to analyze varies by sports, analysis type and location.

  • Credits are the units you spend to analyze a game video. Each video analysis deducts a set number of credits.

  • It varies. For example a baseball hitting video may use 100 credits while a Ice Hockey full game video may use 800 credits.

  • Yes. Unused monthly credits roll forward to next month.

  • You can contact us to buy additional credits.

  • You’re charged upfront at checkout and on each monthly renewal.

  • Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime in the billing portal. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades at the next renewal.

  • Not today. However, we will offer this option in the near future.

  • Your dashboard shows a running credit balance.

  • During a new video analysis process, after you select sport and the analysis type, you will be able to review required number of credits before starting the video upload.
